The Innovative Reel TechnologiesĀ® IRT300UL takes the compact size, speed, and design of the IRT200 and pairs it with the line capacity and retrieval of the IRT300. Perfect for surfcasting, inshore, offshore, or freshwater, this is our most innovative reel to-date.
With a max drag of 30 pounds, the IRT300UL carries more max drag than the original IRT300. With 6 internal seals, this reel can withstand saltwater better than any other IRTĀ® Reel to date. An optimized spool shape, designed to cast braided line, cuts down on wind-knots and improves line-lay to maximize capacities and save the angler frustration. A new high-speed stainless-steel pinion gear provides a gear ratio capable of achieving unmatched line retrieval in a reel this size.
The primary difference between the IRT300 and 300UL is the size. The 300UL is built on the same body as the IRT200, so it is lighter and more compact than the original IRT300.
All IRTĀ® Reels have a reversible handle, easily transitioning between right and left-handed retrieve.
All IRTĀ® Reels come in a travel case with a foam insert that perfectly fits your reel, a tube of grease, wrench, and microfiber towel.
