RETURNS

We have a 15-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund, items must be
a. Returned to IRT within 15 days after your receipt of the items;
b. Unused and in the same condition that you received it;
c. In its original packaging; and
d. Returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 329 S Tulpehocken St, Pine Grove, PA, 17963, United States. Returns that do not comply with the listed requirements will not be honored.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your return is accepted, we will refund your purchase price of the product only. You remain responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
